For years on the @Desmos homepage, there have been links to sample images created with the Graphing Calculator. So, to me, it seems surprising that it has taken this long for them to have a formal contest. So here it is, the first Desmos Art Contest. Students can win cash prizes in each of the age groups. Here is a great @Geogebra app created by @Brzezinski_Math to randomize cylinders and ask students to determine possible configurations that make each cylinder possible.
