I have been listening to the audiobook from @StevenStrogatz's new book Infinite Powers about the history of Calculus. There are some great stories in there but one good site that I didn't know existed was mentioned. It turns out that many of Newton's hand written notebooks have been scanned in and are available for free for anyone to see. Check them out.
