This week is the first half of the OAME 2022 virtual conference and so I thought I would feature some of the sessions of note. One of our Featured sessions was from Dr. Andrew Allen and titled "Exploring the Relationship between Mathematical Knowledge and Political Knowledge through Critical Mathematical Literacy" and by all accounts it was a great session. You can check out the slide deck here and even if you don't hear him go through them, there are enough resources embedded in them that you will be satisfied.

Each task comes with a minds-on task, teacher notes, culturally relevant questions to explore, and background information/terminology.
