Human hibernation (a very similar pattern is found in domesticated cats 🐈). As the temperature drops and daylight hours dwindle, we exercise less and consume more calories. It’s normal, it’s healthy, it’s ok. Source: European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2006 (my friends disagreed about which chart was clearer so publishing both versions here - our brains really don’t read information in the same ways!)
